Emma End User License Agreement

Emma is a private business automation tool developed and operated for internal business use.

Permitted Use

Emma is intended solely for use by the business owner and authorized users for internal accounting, bookkeeping, administrative, and business-management purposes.

QuickBooks Online Integration

Emma may connect to QuickBooks Online when authorized by the QuickBooks account holder. The integration may access information necessary to perform requested accounting and administrative functions.

Authorization

The user is responsible for ensuring that they have authority to access any QuickBooks Online company connected to Emma.

No Professional Advice

Information, analysis, or automated suggestions produced through Emma are intended to assist with internal business administration and do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Availability

Emma is provided for internal use without any guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Third-Party Services

Emma may rely on third-party services, including QuickBooks Online and automation or technology providers. Use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and policies.

Termination and Disconnection

Authorization to access QuickBooks Online may be revoked at any time by disconnecting the application. Use of Emma may also be discontinued at any time.

Changes

These terms may be updated as Emma’s functionality or integrations change.
